Aunt Elaine has a special place in our hearts! She introduced us to several new family favorite dishes. She was a wonderful cook, and had just the sweetest personality and disposition. We miss her dearly, but she will always be remembered through the memories we have of her intertwined with the favorite dishes she made. Yes they are sentimental, but they are delicious, as well!
